Browser-based

All components of the pro-mail^® system (order fulfillment, direct marketing and warehouse management system) are browser-based. All users, from clients to CSR’s to warehouse personnel can have instant access to real-time data from anywhere in the world. This design also provides easy system maintenance pro-mail^® updates need only be applied to the servers in your facility, not individual desktops.

Industry Standard Platform

Data is stored in Microsoft’s SQL Server. SQL Server is an affordable, industry-standard, ODBC compliant database application. This makes it easy to integrate with shipping stations and other third-party systems. In addition, you have full access to your data, which can be pulled into other applications or reporting tools.

Barcode Technology

The pro-mail^® system includes an interface for wireless radio frequency (RF) devices. These RF devices run a browser to access and input data into the pro-mail^® system, in real-time. RF Devices can be used for moving inventory, confirming pulls, performing cycle counts and other warehouse transactions.
